These little glass candies are so beautiful that you just want to pause and stare at their soothing aquamarine tint. Their story is a fascinating one 😍

These glasses have been staples in Moroccan homes since the 1940s, tourists look for these little beauties everywhere to bring back home.

Unfortunately in 2013, Verre Beldi factory that was making these glasses came dangerously close to closing down forever as they couldn’t face the chinese competition and the production stopped for almost a year.
